Meet Our Team
Pam Maines
CEO & Founder
Pam has substantial experience in the energy industry, with recent experience focused on renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Pam received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from George Mason University.
She holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). She is based in Northern Virginia.
Kate Sherwood
COO & Co-Founder
Kate is a senior executive with extensive experience in client-side finance, sales, and marketing experience. She has a proven track record of working with large and sophisticated clients to meet their complex energy needs with firms including 3M, Recurrent Energy, SolarCity, and SunPower.
Prior to energy, she spent over a decade in finance, marketing, and strategy consulting in technology and government.
Ms. Sherwood holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS cum laude from George Mason University. She is based in Austin, Texas.
